Q. What do I do if I need technical support?
A. Contact Support (we’ll respond same day or within 24 hours).
Q. If I can “Shop Anonymous”, why does your order form require me to provide a first name?
A. That is just another way for us to identify you within our system, should you need technical support. You do not have to provide your real name (nickname is fine).
Q. How do I receive my purchased videos to download them?
A. Link(s) to download your clip(s) will be emailed to you at the email address that you provided during checkout. Download link(s) are ZIP Files, but all videos are in MP4 format.
Q. Why did my download link(s) expire?
A. You have 48 hours to download your clip(s) and are allowed to download each file 3 times (for security purposes). If you’re having a technical issue, please let us know and we will assist you. Contact Support
Q. What are ZIP Files and why do my videos download as those?
A. ZIP Files are just compressed files that can easily be opened on all types of devices. All videos are in MP4 Format. Just simply double click/tap to open your ZIP File to access your MP4 video. If you’re using a Phone, you may need a File Manager App (free from Google Play https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.google.android.apps.nbu.files) to open ZIP Files. Q. What is your Refund Policy?
A. Due to the nature of the downloads there are NO Refunds. If you have sent funds and have not received your clips, Contact Support and we will see to it that you receive your clips. It is your responsibility to make sure that you do not purchase clips that you already own.
